I am a widow and was contacted by several landmen who were working for different companies leasing land in my area in Wayne County. I was overwhelmed and felt very uncomfortable with all the contact from the landmen and the difficult to understand leasing contracts. Thankfully I found Doug Clark to assist me in leasing my land. Doug explained the lease contract and addendums so that I could understand them. Doug made me feel very comfortable to know that I had someone on my side. He took over the negotiations and was able to get me an excellent lease that I was very comfortable signing. Thank you again Doug and Marceea for all your hard work, help and hand holding during the leasing process. You are the best.
