Several years ago in signing our lease for the gas company, unrepresented, we vowed we would never sign anything without the guidance of an attorney. We were approached for a gathering line and started our search for guidance. We found Doug through a neighbor and after expressing our concerns and worries, Doug was able to draw up addendums, which eased our minds to safety, environment, and liability. Our questions were answered in a timely manner and if it was not Doug answering, it was Marcia. With so much change with the gas exploration, we found Doug to be on top of changes, and going that extra mile to find answers. We would not hesitate to contact them concerning any kind of pipeline concerning the gas exploration in the future.
